The 63rd Annual Human Rights Award Banquet was held May 5th, 2023 at the Doubletree by Hilton. The Human Rights Award was received by Ester Barnes (left) and the Branch Service Award was received by Ardella Bryant (right). Both awards were presented by Branch President, David Gatling.
